The Well-being as a common good: the contemplative pedagogy that promotes “capability”

Abstract

The specific reality of pedagogy of well-being can be traced back to the challenge that human action collects in a constant tension of individual and social growth. Contemplative practices, working on cultivating awareness to make deliberately responsible choice, could be opportunities to spread to promote “capability” process that connect individual well-being within human relationships that allow more and more freedom to “choose” between a series of lives that, for each one, are as full, rich and meaningful as possible.
