Abstract

The article reflects on the possibility of considering the experiences of Work-Related Learning as valuable opportunities not only for learning technical knowledge and skills but also for training to complex thinking and the development of systemic skills.


To this end, the contribution illustrates the training proposal of Work-Related Learning realized in the 2017-2018 academic year by the Center for Health Pedagogy Studies of the Humanistic Department of the Foggia University, entitled to “Pedagogy of health and educational professions”. Specifically, the essay presents and documents the days of the paths dedicated to the promotion of resilience skills, as a crucial factor in educational processes and in the construction of personal and professional identity.
