A pedagogical practice for guidance: pnrr and active guidance in the school-university transition in the a.y. 2023-24 at the University of Padua

Abstract
The contribution describes the educational and career guidance practices developed by the University of Padua in the academic year 2023-24, in line with the principles of DM 934/2022. A review of the literature with respect to active guidance in the school-university transition is initially proposed. The article then continues by describing the design and implementation process proposed by the University of Padua to respond to the PNRR challenges related to the guidance activities dedicated to secondary school students. The discussion of the processes and practices developed is deepened also through the point of view of secondary school students and teachers, reporting some results of two studies conducted together with these actors.
The proposed experience represents a concrete example of a response to the challenges and opportunities that Ministerial Decree 934/2022 has called for in universities regarding educational and career guidance, highlighting its potential, limits and future possibilities and prospects.
