Repression of minorities and war on inclusion in the age of techno-fascism

Abstract

Armed conflicts are multiplying relentlessly on a global scale, and the rhetoric of war has become the preferred language of economic elites and governments. In this context, even domestic policies of discrimination, aimed at limiting the rights of minorities, have adopted the logic of war, as evidenced by the repressive campaigns launched in various parts of the world and the rise of techno-fascist and authoritarian systems. The thesis we intend to propose in this contribution is that the fusion of institutional, economic, and technological powers has eliminated any form of political mediation, transforming third-millennium capitalism into an exercise of pure command. The only desirable and credible form of resistance therefore appears to be grassroots self-organization within civil society, beginning with the building of resilient communities capable of developing collective survival strategies and new visions of liberation.
