Abstract

The present time, between environmental degradation and widespread social injustice, technological innovation and labor market vulnerabilities, represents a challenge for pedagogy to rethink and design a development model promoting human fulfillment and care for creation.

From a pedagogically declined anthropological perspective, the article supports the hypothesis that an economy is needed, where production is functional to human flourishing and the common good. Business pedagogy, in dialogue with civil economy, can contribute to the promotion of sustainable and responsible organizational forms for a new humanism of work, in order to solve labor market failures and reveal professional vocation, through educational processes, labor and training policies. This urges for a global educational pact in line with an integral ecology between business, institutions and civil society to educate us in work, relations and the gift of self.
