Knowledge and participation. Moving towards an active citizenship
Main Article Content
Abstract
This paper aims to reflect on participation as pedagogical category of active citizenship. The concept of citizenship is increasingly becoming a status in continuous evolution, complex, open and multiple, articulated in the dialectical complexity of rights, duties and memberships.
Its construction is linked to the intertwining of forms of formalized and of "strong status" knowledge, with other transversal and experiential ones, which should find a systematization in the formal educational process.
