Abstract
Recent years have been characterized by glocal and multifaceted dinamics that include socioeconomic changes, the climate crisis, new poverty and increasing inequality. This impacts business and labor by bringing out new individual and organizational challenges.
Phenomena such as the ‘Great resignation’, ‘Quiet quitting’ and ‘Conscious quitting’ interrogate pedagogy to consider and to interpret what is happening in order to accompany businesses, of all sizes and types, to make long-term strategic choices that combine technological and digital innovation with sustainability, profit and care for the other in a broad sense. The human resources manager, with an educational outlook, is called upon to co-construct a shared corporate culture, to enhance talents and seize the potential to involve workers in the organizational project toward goals of economic vibrancy, environmental protection and professional self-realization for the individual.
